What this site does — and what it does not
This website is a purely static presentation site. There is no user account, no ordering system and no contact form.
- No cookies. None are set — neither our own nor third-party ones.
- No tracking, no analytics. No analytics, advertising or reach-measurement tools are embedded.
- No external services. Fonts, images and audio are served from the same server as the site. Nothing is loaded from Google Fonts, a CDN or any other third party when you open a page. Your browser does not connect to anyone else.
- No embeds. No social media plugins, maps or third-party video players.
Local storage: the sound toggle
If you turn the sound on, the site remembers that choice in your browser's local storage (key
fg:audio). That way it knows on your next visit that you liked the sound.
This entry stays on your device, is not transmitted and is not evaluated. It contains no personal data. You can delete it at any time via your browser settings.
Server log files
When you open the site, the host processes technically necessary access data (including IP address, time, file requested, volume transferred, browser type). This is required to deliver the site and to defend against attacks.
- Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation).
- Host: [provider, address]
- Processing agreement: [Art. 28 GDPR contract in place? — clarify before launch]
- Retention: [as stated by the host]
Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77).
Competent supervisory authority: [enter the data protection authority of the relevant federal state]
Newsletter
There is currently no newsletter and no sign-up. No email addresses are collected. Once a newsletter exists, this section will be extended beforehand — with the service provider, legal basis, double opt-in procedure and withdrawal notice.
Changes
This statement describes the site as of phase 1 (presentation only). As soon as features are added that process data, it must be updated beforehand.
